I'm known as Toby or just 'OBY' and I'm a 26 year old man from Canada. I am obsessed with the marine industry and ships have always been a special interest of mine. I work full-time on passenger vessels and I'm currently finishing up my qualifications to become a licensed ship's mate 'through the hawse pipe', which I speak about at large on my seamanship section of the website. My career keeps me pretty occupied but I have a wide variety of hobbies and other interests as well. I stand for authentic living, freedom of the self, and greater understanding of the world.

This website is a personal space dedicated to collaging my interests and life together in one place. It will never be finished or in any permanant state because I'm a novice coder and do it all for fun. I am an adult and sometimes discuss mature themes on the site and my blog, so I'm only really comfortable with other adults following me. I am both a real person and a character played by myself.
